Summary

The BPM (Business Process Management) Manager is responsible for leading and managing the analysis, design, and improvement of business processes using BPM methodologies with a focus on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system management ensuring alignment with RHK's strategic objectives. This hands-on role involves working cross-functionally to ensure that the ERP system aligns with business objectives, optimizing business processes, and supporting the development and delivery of ERP-related training and documentation.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

ERP Implementation Management
  • Co-lead the implementation of the ERP system across different departments, ensuring the software is customized to meet specific business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for the ERP system.
  • Work closely with technical teams to configure, test, and deploy the ERP system.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring that the implementation stays on track and within budget.
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions to bridge the gap between current processes and ERP capabilities.
  • Monitor system performance post-implementation to ensure smooth operation and effectiveness.
  • Proactively communicate project milestones, timelines, and progress to stakeholders and employees.
  • Manage ERP system data, including handling open documents and addressing workflow errors.
  • Create custom reports and queries for all users and assist with data analysis.
  • Coordinate, communicate, and manage ERP system updates.

Training Documentation and Delivery
  • Develop comprehensive training materials, user guides, and process documentation for the ERP system.
  • Conduct ERP training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are equipped with the skills needed to effectively use the system.
  • Provide one-on-one or group training and support during ERP go-live and after the implementation phase.
  • Continuously update training materials to reflect ERP system updates, changes, or enhancements.
  • Collect feedback from trainees to continuously improve training delivery and materials.

Stakeholder Communication & Support
  • Act as a point of contact for ERP-related queries from end-users and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand specific needs and challenges related to ERP implementation.
  • Support teams in troubleshooting issues and ensuring user satisfaction with the new system.

Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes and suggest ongoing improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards in all business process management activities.
  • Work closely with IT & Finance and other departments to enhance system functionality, process efficiency, and user adoption.

Qualifications/Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Business Process Management (e.g., BPMN, CBPP) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) would be an asset.
  • Accounting Designation is an asset.
  • Proven experience in ERP implementation, business process management, and process analysis.
  • Experience in training end-users and creating training documentation for complex systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling, optimization techniques, and ERP system functionalities.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in documentation creation, training delivery, and system testing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively document and communicate technical terms and processes to non-technical team members
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
