Description

The Branch Manager ensures quality and efficient landscape management and snow removal for clients while achieving profit goals for the company and consistently improving market share. Responsible for leading all Branch employees and the overall successful operation of the Branch office.

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, deadlines and demands.
• Resolve problems while keeping in mind the best interests of the company, client, and employees.
• Communicate clearly, comfortably, and effectively with clients, team members, and management.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients.
• Renewal of accounts at 90-95%.
• Develops annual budgets on a timely basis.
• Monitor branch safety record and implement methods to improve safe workplace practices.
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures as issued by management.
• Ensure branch's new sales goals are properly budgeted.
• Ensure new sales goals are met or exceeded.
• Develop effective sales strategy for each potential new client.
• Work with numbers accurately.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of all landscape equipment.
• Good knowledge of plant material, diseases, insect, chemical, spray, irrigation.
• Ability to build rapport.
• Good working knowledge of math and business formulas, including gross margin.
• Proficient in various computer programs, including Excel, Word, Estimating, and Job Cost systems.
• Understanding of P & L statements.
• Able to drive all company vehicles.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years' as an HR Manager.
• Associate degree in HR or relevant field of study.
