Description:

Who We Are

We are an amazing team providing exceptional service to our customers and the community at large. Wayne Bank is Indiana's oldest family-owned community bank. For 142 years, and six generations of the Boyd family, we have served Wayne and surrounding counties.

We Live By Our Values

Community | We positively impact the communities we serve.

Integrity | Integrity is the foundation of all we do.

People | We value diversity.

Sustainability | Employees and shareholders are dedicated to the ongoing success of Wayne Bank.

Perks & Benefits

Wellness | We offer top tier medical, dental and vision providers. Paid holidays, vacation and sick time are available. A 401(k) plan, health savings account, medical flexible spending account, critical illness plan, short-term disability, life insurance, voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life insurance, and a free employee assistance program are also available.

Learn & Grow | We offer an education and tuition reimbursement program as well as provide on-the-job training including one-on-one, group, coaching and mentoring, and technology-based learning.

Making a Difference | Not a day goes by that we are not involved in serving our community. Serving is ingrained in each and every one of us. Reading to children, serving on community organization boards and committees, and representing the bank at fairs and festivals are just a few ways that you can give back and make a difference in our communities.

Fun | The banking business is a fast-paced environment, but we always make time to have a little fun! We all pitch in to create a fun environment and find ways to stay connected. The F.R.O.G. (forever recognize others' greatness) was a principle that was introduced during an employee appreciation week event; dueling pianos with sing-along at a Holiday event; creating desk valentine's boxes for use when coworkers deliver cards and sweet treats. These examples, and more, are ways that we pitch in to create a fun, lively and connected environment.
