- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent banking experience)
- Minimum of five years of experience in retail banking or a leadership role
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to drive business growth and build client relationships
- Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software
