Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations to achieve profit, performance, and service goals
• Develop and manage client relationships, identifying business opportunities to enhance profitability
• Drive business growth by collaborating with commercial lending and banking partners
• Oversee staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and risk management protocols
• Represent the branch in community initiatives, supporting CRA and community development goals
• Manage security, cash handling, and audit compliance to protect bank assets
• Conduct team meetings, communicate goals, and provide leadership to align staff with branch objectives
• Monitor and optimize branch profitability, ensuring operational excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent banking experience)
• Minimum of five years of experience in retail banking or a leadership role
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to drive business growth and build client relationships
• Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software
