Pay and Perks:
- Starting Pay: $90-95k base plus 20% bonus potential
- Benefits: Full standard benefits for full-time employees.
- Relocation assistance available for qualifying applicants.
- Lead & Manage: Oversee Branch Service Managers/Supervisors and a team of Leak and Repair RHINOS.
- Recruit & Retain: Handle recruiting, hiring, training, and keeping your team happy and motivated.
- Set Goals: Establish and monitor stretch goals, conduct regular reviews, and keep everyone on track.
- Cultivate Culture: Maintain a fun, healthy work environment that balances work and life.
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years or more of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Leadership Potential: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with openness to high-potential candidates without prior supervisory experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of pool construction, maintenance, and service
- Sales & Growth Focus: Track record of driving revenue, expanding customer relationships, and forming strategic partnerships.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and deliver exceptional service.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and hitting financial targets through data-driven decisions.
- Operational Excellence: Skilled in optimizing workflows, managing inventory, and meeting project deadlines efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinker who navigates challenges and makes sound decisions under pressure.
- Team Builder: Talent for recruiting, developing, and inspiring teams while fostering a supportive, growth-oriented culture.
