About the Job:

As part of Taco Bell's Brand Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in identifying key consumer insights, ideate to create new product/promotional ideas, lead teams in the development of multiple product and/or promotional opportunities, formulate strategic marketing plans, and launch new products into the marketplace to drive top-line and bottom-line sales growth. You will work cross-functionally with associates across the company, and will have immediate responsibility and accountability.

The Day-to-Day:
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the creation, execution and launch of marketing initiatives in partnership with other team members, including national campaigns, LTOs, and in-restaurant merchandising to optimize guest check averages and enhance brand visibility.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales data, market research, and industry trends to inform fact-based recommendations, identify growth opportunities, and enhance profitability.
  • Strategic Brand Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies, performance calendars and innovative plans to drive growth and achieve KPI's, tailoring approaches to market dynamics.
  • Franchisee Collaboration: Partner with franchisees and their marketing teams across Canada to build comprehensive plans for specific regions (new store openings, renovations, local store marketing etc).
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage a portion of the marketing production budget, overseeing photography, menu and POP design, printing, and distribution to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and agency partners, mentor team members, and oversee execution of pricing changes and strategic initiatives.

Is This You?
  • A/B.S.c in Business or Marketing
  • 4+ years of marketing experience; experience in market planning and execution (in-store promotional materials) required; food/QSR experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a role with cross-functional projects or program management experience
  • Strong ability to organize, plan, and prioritize
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to find the 'so what' in data and develop recommendations
  • Positive and confident team player, strong knowledge of the food industry, and a keen eye on trends

Salary Range: $93,280 to $116,490 CAD annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
