POSITION OVERVIEW
The Brand Manager's primary responsibility is to assist in the development of strategic brand marketing plans for the LOUIS XIII brand based on the global and US brand strategy. The Brand Manager will assist and support the brand team in the implementation of the brand's new campaign including the development and activation of consumer and trade programs, development of packaging and merchandising materials, analyzing and monitoring key performance measures for the brand and assist in managing the brand budget. This person will work closely with the
Brand Team to develop and implement both long and short-term strategies as agreed with the Brand principals and Rmy Cointreau USA management.
The base salary for this role in New York falls between $125,000 and $140,000. However, the actual offered salary may vary depending on factors such as relevant education, skills and experience.

- Assists in the development of brand strategies, annual marketing plans and annual advertising and promotion budgets.
- Manages and drives below the line activity and programs, as directed by Sr Director & Brand VP.
- Assist in the development of consumer and/or trade facing brand communication or creative
- Manages and helps develop Point of Sale (POS) and/or packaging projects as directed by Brand Sr. Director with agency support.
- Assist in the development and execution of consumer promotions and sampling programs for the brand
- Order and dispatch POS items on an ad hoc basis as requested
- Enlist new products and packs. Work closely with legal and brand owners on approval and state registration including working with legal on approval and state registration, pricing finance specifics and communications to sales regarding spec information and images.
- Tracking, analysis and reporting of LOUIS XIII NY-HQ A&P budget. Work with Marketing team to ensure successful program execution at targeted budget levels.
- Liaise with legal and brand teams in the development of scope of work agreements with vendors/agencies
- Manage logistics and collaborate with cross functional teams like consumer insights, public relations, sales, field marketing, finance, legal, and operations to ensure excellence in execution
- Ensure adherence to legal and corporate compliance requirements with periodic reports to manager.
- Evaluate product donation requests from various charities and sponsorships on an ad hoc basis and arrange for delivery accordingly.
- Attend agency meetings i.e. advertising, promotions, events, media, etc in order to gain brand management exposure.
- Prepare and distribute supporting materials for management and ad-hoc meetings
- Prepare presentations and/or other marketing materials and proposals as required
- Keep the intranet up-to-date, uploading marketing material to online libraries, adding images, news and documents as required.
- Coordinate and book internal meetings, including booking venues, coordinating catering and/or transportation as needed.
- Coordinate sales requests.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge / Skills:
- Strong and effective project management and organizational skills with an ability to work well and meet deadlines under pressure, keen attention to detail.
- Strong budgeting/analytical skills - ability to analyze depletion data are essential.
- A good understanding of luxury, ultra-premium goods, services and experiences
- Excellent interpersonal/communications skills are critical.
- Must have proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and able to easily learn to use internal database systems and/or other software to manage and monitor budgets, sales and other key metrics
- Must be able to perform work-related travel (some overnight) travel of approximately 10%.
- Experience working both independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to think creatively while still being results-driven and inspiring trust through open communication, adaptability, extreme organizational skills and personal accountability.
Work experience requirements:
- Requires a minimum 3-5 years of consumer marketing experience; alcohol beverage industry and/or luxury background preferred (Other preferred experience may include tobacco, cosmetic and/or other consumer packaged goods).
Educational requirements:
- Requires a B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, MBA preferred
