Work Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Here is what you will need:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in an agency or corporate marketing and communications role
  • Strategic & Creative Vision: Ability to craft and implement strategic, creative brand initiatives that enhance recognition and loyalty.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaboration: A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively with creative teams, PR teams, and other cross-functional groups.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing consumer insights and campaign performance data to inform and optimize future strategies.


A Day in the Life of a Brand Marketing Manager:
  • Provide services and support for the following areas:
    • Manage the creation and delivery of compelling brand marketing campaigns: Conceptualize and manage the execution of branding, advertising, and product campaigns, coordinating creative resources, deadlines and deliverables.
    • Conduct market research: Assist in conducting market research to understand target markets to improve services and refine creative messaging and marketing strategies.
    • Guide the brand's visual and verbal messaging: Collaborate with the team to write website copy, advertising messaging, and other communications that convey the brand's unique value proposition.
    • Oversee social media strategy and content: Work with partners to lead social media efforts to engage with our target audience, build community, and strengthen our online presence.
    • Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights: Use data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize future efforts for maximum impact.
    • Coordinate with public relations partners: Collaborate with PR agency to pitch new ideas to media.
    • Collaborate across teams: Work with cross-functional teams to align brand strategies with broader business objectives.
    • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, making adjustments to maintain brand leadership.
