The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for managing daily social media operations, leading the influencer program, and overseeing digital asset organization. This role plays a key part in executing brand strategies, supporting product launches, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms. Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Management
Support go-to-market plans, product launches, and seasonal campaign rollouts.
Develop creative storytelling ideas to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all channels.
Use market and consumer insights to refine messaging and positioning.
Track brand performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

Social Media Management
Create and schedule on-brand content across social channels.
Monitor and engage with the community to build relationships.
Analyze social metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement.
Stay updated on platform trends and apply learnings.
Collaborate with creatives and influencers to enhance content.

Influencer & Ambassador Program
Manage influencer partnerships and onboarding processes.
Track performance to ensure alignment with KPIs and brand standards.
Develop outreach strategies to grow and activate the ambassador network.

Content & Asset Management
Oversee UGC and brand content across platforms and tools.
Ensure all content meets brand standards and is optimized for use.
Collaborate with teams to maximize content impact.

Agency & Event Collaboration
Review agency creative for brand alignment and provide feedback.
Partner on event planning, coordinating logistics and brand representation.
