The rate for this position ranges between $66-99K annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employees already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- An AS Degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and other relevant programs and you're proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office tools
- An ability to perform moderately difficult technical computations and consolidate acquired data
- Ability to comprehend and carry out oral or written instructions
- An understanding of construction plans/specifications and their application to public works projects is a major plus
CORE DUTIES
- Collects data and gathers information or documents
- Assist in setting up Revit and AutoCAD projects based on existing project templates
- CAD and Revit drafting
- Assist in ensuring model meets expectations, standards
- Document changes based on written and verbal descriptions from design engineers
- Prepare plan sections, detail drawings
- Assist with file management functions such as posting models, downloading model updates, managing links, and historic versioning
- Attend coordination meetings, communicate with other trades, and create reports as required
- Create detailed field installation drawings and fabrication drawings
- Provide technical support for existing projects and field service
