As a Build Engineer at The Coalition, you will become an integral part of our top-tier Engine and Game Development team. You should possess proficient C# skills, a solid understanding of C++, experience working with different source control solutions such as Perforce and Git, along with exceptional problem-solving abilities. We are looking for someone with a versatile skill set and an enthusiasm for immersing themselves in the diverse realms of game development technologies and tools, demonstrating a keen appetite for continuous learning and adaptation.

Responsibilities:
- Implement well crafted, high-efficiency automated build pipelines specifically designed to meet the demands of large-scale distributed AAA game development projects.
- Profiling the performance of automated builds across a spectrum of pipelines and tools.
- Play an instrumental role in the strategic planning, execution, and ongoing upkeep of our build and automation infrastructure.
- Collaborating closely with Engine Leads, Producers, and developer counterparts from other Xbox Game Studios.
- Research and investigation into innovative technologies, evaluating their potential to enhance and optimize our pipelines.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ year Unreal Engine experience
- Experience working with TeamCity, Jenkins, or other CI/CD solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
