The Build Team Supervisor is the 1st shift Leader supporting a classified program through program capture, program demonstrations, planning, build and execution.
What You Will Be Doing
Responsible for staffing, cost, schedule and quality performance of their crew.
Ensure that the programs contractual and internally funded demonstrations are executed successfully.
Required to implement new technologies and provide motivation to team members.
Must exhibit FSL behaviors and deploy Culture of Accountability onto the program.
Must be U.S. Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications
Aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, &/or production experience.
Experience with the following: (fabrication, structures, mech assembly, electrical &/or systems integration)
Experience with business metrics to drive performance (safety, quality, schedule, cost)
Active clearance required to apply with an active investigation with the last 5 years AND the ability to obtain and maintain special program access per business requirements
Previous Lead/Supervisor experience
Desired skills
EVMS management experience
5+ years manufacturing experience or equivalent education
Experience with Manufacturing start up
Manufacturing Leadership
Technical Degree
Lean Mfg Exposure and Deployment
Structure Assembly Background
Ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance
Experience supervising aircraft interior completion, including sub-assemblies, avionics, and mechanical systems
Strong understanding of customer requirements, engineering standards, and FAA regulations
Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
