We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated individual to join our Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise team. The Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition Reporting and Analytics serves as the subject matter expert on Talent Acquisition (TA) reporting, metrics and analytics, and is responsible for the development and execution of the Talent Acquisition analytics strategy across the Talent Acquisition community and the business.

Additionally, this role will:
  • Provide direction to the Talent Acquisition COE and sector Talent Acquisition teams in the areas of Talent Acquisition metrics and reporting, including actionable insights on topics that support the strategic direction of the business around talent attraction, selection, engagement, candidate and stakeholder experience, recruiter performance, recruitment marketing, as well as the performance of our external market intelligence;
  • Consult and advise with the Talent Acquisition teams and business leaders on their challenges and how they can be assessed and/or analyzed through the lens of analytics and data storytelling/insights;
  • Support ad hoc data requests, build and maintain easy-to-consume reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights on key metrics and trends;
  • Provide maintenance, quality analysis/control and enhancements to the TA data products;
  • Leverage Alteryx (or similar ETL tool) to design, develop and maintain data models that support the Talent Acquisition data management, data quality and data pipelines that feed all Talent Acquisition products (i.e. reports and dashboards);
  • Partner with the Advanced Analytics Team and Talent Acquisition technology teams to develop new tools, resources and solutions that enhance the reporting capabilities of the Talent Acquisition function;
  • Evaluate the current Talent Acquistion data infrastructure and process to determine potential optimization of the environments, methodologies, and business processes;
  • Work closely with the sector Talent Acquisition teams to understand Talent Acquisition processes, identify data needs, gather requirements, provide recommendations and prioritize projects to drive them to successful implementations;
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Attraction team to measure the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns and initiatives;
  • Utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversions on our careers website;
  • Implement tracking mechanisms to trace marketing campaigns from initial engagement through to application submissions in the ATS;
  • Analyze and measure ROI of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimization;
  • Develop and maintain appropriate process documentation;
  • Develop data and analytics competencies across the Talent Acquisition function through targeted training, education and change management that help maximize tools adoption and utilization;
  • Oversee the Talent Acquisition data integrity and governance.


Required Skills and Education

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 6 years of relevant experience;
    Advanced excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, etc.);
  • Experience with ETL/modeling software (i.e. Alteryx, Dataiku);
  • Good understanding of programming languages (i.e. SQL, R, Python, etc.) and data architecture/structure;
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity and data governance;
  • Experience with data mining and BI visualizations;
  • Knowledge of SharePoint site administration;
  • Self-starter with track record of working independently to solve complex problems;
  • Strong business acumen along with analytical and logical reasoning skills;
  • Ability to develop and present to staff and senior level leaders with data-driven solutions that will effectively advance business strategies and drive change throughout their organizations;
  • Project management and prioritization skills with proven attention to detail;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to draw appropriate conclusions from data;
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.


Preferred Skills and Education

  • Master's degree in business, Human Resources, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field;
  • Previous experience working for a government defense contractor;
  • Experience supporting the Talent Acquisition function from the reporting and analytics perspective.
