In this new and highly visible role, you will drive long range planning and supplier financial governance. Your role will partner closely with Vendor Management, Finance and IT leadership, Sourcing, Legal, and select vendor partners to implement best-practice governance over multi-million-dollar contracts, while aligning spend with business case, budget and strategic outcomes. Additionally, you will work to ensure that financial controls, contract compliance, and cost optimization practices are integrated into our supplier and contract lifecycle.

As business analysis manager, you will...
- Govern supplier financial performance, variance analysis, and long-term commitments vs plan, forecast, existing business cases and current contracts.
- Partner with Sourcing, Vendor Management and Legal to understand key contracts and enforce financial terms, volume and rate structures, and KPIs.
- Drive improvements in spend tracking and management, invoice validation, accruals and purchase order process for key vendors, including multiple Managed Services contracts.
- Create executive reporting, supplier health assessments and MMR and QBR materials to provide visibility into vendor spend, forecast risk, and a deeper level of transparency.
- Lead an effort to create a 3 year roadmap for software spend
- Provide RFP support for large SaaS, consulting, managed service and outsource agreements.
- Partner with our FinOps team to create transparency and accountability over cloud consumption.
- Lead continuous improvement over license rationalization and consumption management programs to optimize utilization and limit value erosion.
- Participate in broader Sourcing and Vendor management strategy efforts to provide financial trends and perspective.
- Develops innovative approaches to complex problems and situations. Conducts research including external benchmarking and utilizes statistical tools and scenario analysis to guide sound financial business decisions
- Communicates complex financial information and concepts to both financial and business leaders to support and influence decision making
- Provides coaching, direction and leadership to team members in order to achieve business results.
