Description:

Our client is looking for a Lead IT Business Analyst to join their Patient Experience group to support a portal enhancement initiative. They're utilizing AI to revamp their patient connected experiences and developing new features to their Patient Portal where patient's can gain deeper insights. The revamped portal will build a "pizza-tracker" feature where trainings, medical information, and advice will be automatically presented to the patient as they move along the therapy journey. The Business Analyst will be critical in leading stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, user story/acceptance criteria writing, and backlog prioritization. They should be very comfortable working in JIRA and ideally have worked on products enabled by Salesforce Health or Experience Cloud.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years' experience as an Agile/Scrum Team Business Analyst supporting an enterprise IT organization

Demonstrated success in project management and/or SDLC approach

Deep experience with Agile, Jira, and User Stories

Proven experience leading technology initiatives related to patient experience, patient portals, and PHI data

Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences background preferred

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Concert.AI knowledge

SFDC Experience/Community Cloud or Health Cloud

Experience with customer-facing web portal projects

Pharmaceutical experience (GxP)
