Job Description:

HTC Global is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong systems design background to join our team. Knowledgeable in software requirements gathering, GSD creation, and system integration.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 10+ years' experience working with stakeholders to build and formulate business requirements.
• Ability to define and implement new system functionality, participate in issue resolution, and drive process refinement.

Preferred/Not Required:

• Agile experience (SAFe, Agile Scrum, Kanban, XP or similar methodologies).
• JIRA experience.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
