The Department of Administration, Division of Finance is recruiting for an IRIS HRM Business Analyst 2 in Juneau!
What You Will Be Doing:
The Division of Finance is looking for a Business Analyst 2 to be part of the Integrated Resource Information System (IRIS), Human Resource/Payroll (HR/Payroll) team in Juneau, Alaska.
As a subject matter expert with the State of Alaska HR/Payroll business processes and payroll system, you will be a project team member who conducts software configuration; testing and implementation; ongoing maintenance and enhancements; and provide solutions, guidance, and system training. You will have exposure to the test environments to evaluate and determine methods to incorporate and improve upon the state business process for personnel, payroll, timekeeping and the impact to the financial system.

Minimum Qualifications
Two years of advanced professional experience in an administrative field such as procurement, accounting, human resources, computer and information systems, and so on.
Substitution:
Graduate or upper-division post-secondary education in accounting, finance, business administration, business management, marketing, economics, statistics, computer and information science, logistics, information systems management, or similar coursework will substitute for up to one year of the required advanced professional experience (2.67 semester/4 quarter undergraduate hours equal one month. 2 semester/3 quarter graduate hours equal one month).
