1) Experience in coordinating and leading multiple technical and business teams with data cleansing and migration efforts within the context of a large software implementation project.
2) Experience documenting data cleansing and migration plans, and explaining such plans to technical teams, business teams, and vendors.
3) Experience understanding and creating relational database schema, SQL, formal descriptions of data, data structures, and data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, data dictionaries, data dependencies, and data relationships.
4) Experience in identifying data cleansing and migration risks and assisting in the resolution of project issues.
