Responsibilities
Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Provide analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data in support of cross-functional business operations
- Develop, prepare and analyze reports for management review, and present to various levels of management
- Define business requirements and provide analysis to increase operational efficiency
- Analyze actual results against plan and forecast and recommend interventions where appropriate
- Provide analytical support for multiple, complex cross-functional projects simultaneously; establish work plans and timelines
- Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of projects within the program are on schedule and within budget.
- Responsible for monitoring of complex programs spanning across business areas which encompass multiple projects, initiatives, and where analysis requires evaluation of intangible variance factors
- Works cross functionally to ensure the work performed by the Transformation, Operations and Customer Experience team is aligned to short-term and long-term planning objectives
- Manage the Transformation, Operations and Customer Experience SharePoint site
Qualifications
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
- Requires at least 3 years of Finance experience
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication, including ability to provide quality reporting at a level appropriate for Senior Leadership and Board of Directors
- Requires ability to influence and gain alignment cross-functionally
- Requires excellent Microsoft Excel skills
