Location: This position is hybrid, based in Lanham, Maryland. Candidates must be local to Lanham, MD or willing to relocate.

Role:

Delmock Technologies Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst (Product Planning) to help transform our federal client's organization and accelerate mission execution through emerging and disruptive technologies, innovative business models, retooled program operations and industry-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Performs business process analysis and system analysis associated with taxpayer products to move to digital services.
  • Facilitates prioritization sessions and executive briefings.
  • Prepares executive materials for briefings.
  • Performs process improvements and implementation.
  • Facilitates prioritization sessions and executive briefings.
  • Organizes, directs, and manages multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks.
  • Effectively communicates at senior executive levels within a customer organization.
  • Communicates with leadership of other contractors.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
  • 7 years of roadmap and solutions planning experience.
  • Experience in implementing Taxpayer Experience Platforms.
  • Experience in business process analysis and system analysis associated with taxpayer products to move to digital services.
  • Strong skills in planning, scheduling and engagement with stakeholders, and project management.
  • Experience in meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and effectively execute in accordance with approved plans.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, management tools, and CLM (Collaborative Lifecycle Management).
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and other software development methodologies.
  • Knowledge and experience in Lean Business Case development.

Clearance:
  • Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation).
