LOCAL TO DMV ONLY
MUST HAVE CREDIT RISK EXP
ITSRA- risk and specifically experience in credit risk.
Need them for BA pool to work on applications- just need to supplement team.
Credit risk/finance- 4 or 5 apps i
Excel Loan life cycle is a nice to have
Would want them to be familiar with loan life cycle and credit risk/how that integrates into each process That knowledge would help them get started quicker and jump right in
Excel proficiency is a must- requirements given as excel models, need to know how to use formulas etc. Not like what them to tell what the formula is, but what the business requirement is. If you tell me that is the formula, developer will just put it in without knowledge- need to understand the WHY Do not want transcribers- don't want people writing just what user tells them, WHY do they need these requirements, needs someone who is able to challenge and bring issues to praneetha
Have a project and need more bandwidth- it's a project outside of team bandwidth- 3 resources on different projects but all related to credit- loan origination and credit risk cycle
Do expect to be onsite 4 days a week-
Just need to be familiar with loan origination process- this is the process, how do we fit, how does that impact risk domain
Agile? Nice to have but not super important
