We are looking for a Business Analyst Team Lead to join our Project Management Office (PMO) Leadership team. Reporting to the Manager, Solution Analysis, you will lead a team of 8-10 Business Analysts to drive maximum value delivered by our team of Business Analysts.

Key elements of this role include:

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Oversee the documentation of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending effective solutions.
  • Support the Solution Analysis Manager to deliver timely and accurate business analysis reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Prioritize and manage the team's workload, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of analysis and documentation.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications.
  • Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Mural, etc.).
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) are highly desirable.
