Job Description

Domain Consultant / Business Analyst : Retail Banking/Small Business banking/Core Banking/Wealth Management /Any financial services industry experience

Mandatory Skills:

Banking and Financial Services Experience, Business Analysis, Requirement Management, Stakeholder management

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Analysis of existing Business System and Process of Client Applications

1. Interacts with Management and business stakeholders for the requirements and business solutions

1. Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Requirement Management

1. Providing functional solutions and creating requirement and functional documents

**(depending on SDLC methodology BRD,FRD,HLD etc for Waterfall, DTD,SRS etc for Agile)

1. Clear all requirements and functional flows to Development and QA teams

1. Handover requirements to QA and development teams in desired documents

1. Should have deep understanding of Banking & financial services industry and varies systems involved in this domain.

1. Providing Consulting to Clients

1. Sr Consultants should lead and guide other consultants and BAs in team

Qualification Experience:

• Financial/Engineering degree, MBA Preferred
• Should have 3-18 years of experience in Retail Banking industry and applications
• Should be experienced in defining and writing user stories on JIRA

Desired/ Good to have additional Skills( Not Mandatory):
SQL, Salesforce, Pega

Good understanding of customer acquisition journey in retail banking products
