Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst

Location: Sacramento, CA

Duration : 12+ Months

Mandatory Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
Possession of a Bachelor's Degree. Contractor must submit a copy of a degree for compliance with this requirement. (Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.)

Desirable Qualifications:
The proposed Business Solutions Analyst has at least two (2) years of experience with State and local technology implementations building test scenarios and test cases.
The proposed Business Solutions Analyst has at least two (2) years of experience testing automation tools.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Contractor must submit a copy of a degree for compliance with this requirement. (Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.)
