Location: Atlanta- onsite

Job description:

• At least 6 years of experience in Business Analyst role
• Hands-on BA experience for Salesforce Sales platform
• Very well versed with Agile delivery methodology
• Ability to Lead and Manage requirement gathering and user story grooming sessions
• Skilled in working with stakeholders to understand the application topology, data flow, business flow and user inputs to develop requirements/user stories
• Skilled in developing detailed user stories covering key functionality aspects and acceptance criteria
• Experienced in creating wireframe documents
• Knowledge of Lightning Web Components, Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign, etc.
• Worked on Salesforce integration with back-end and third-party applications
• Should be a certified Salesforce Admin (Besides, Salesforce Sales Certification is desirable)
• Support development team on translation of functional requirements & validate the design/solution is per the business specification
• Collaboration with various teams - Business, QA, DEV, Users
• Capable of doing Gap Analysis between 2 different applications and document the gaps as Business Requirements
