Required Skill:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing, validating, communicating, and coordinating requirements for the Credit Risk area. Primary focus will be on Basel 4 related
Understanding of Risk & Controls domain is highly required.
Good knowledge in Banking & Finance domain is desirable.
Translate requirements into Functional Requirement Document [FRD] and/or Minor Development Document [MDD].
Conduct meeting with clients and key stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze, finalize, and receive formal signoffs from approvers
Facilitate and drive project meetings with both business and technology teams.
nalyze data using Excel, reports, and other tools to ensure data quality and accurate calculation results
Collaborate and coordinate with Offshore and Onsite team members to fulfill the BA responsibilities from project initiation to post-implementation.
Creates flow diagrams, structure charts, and other types of system or process representations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, validate & coordinate requirements for the Credit Risk area.
Primary focus to Gather, clean, and prepare requirement documents.
Work from client locations, attending customer meetings regularly.
Strong Knowledge of Agile Environment.
