Job Description:
The Global eCommerce Operations team is responsible for operational stability of hundreds of eCommerce sites and integrations across many brands and markets. This role plays a key part in the analysis of site health metrics, creating dashboards and reporting on KPIs to inform incident triage and improvements of our digital ecosystem.
A leader in this role will be passionate about operational excellence, using data to break down problems toward collaborative, impactful solutions.
To start, this is a highly cross-functional individual contributor role that supports the highest performing brands in the North America.
Key Responsibilities
Build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to facilitate ad hoc analysis and improve data-driven decision-making at all levels of the business
Create and identify metrics from various sources to highlight patterns, trends, and opportunities
Anticipate potential impact and proactively communicate issues/concerns immediately in order to avert operational inefficiency
Review and analysis of key trends based on impact to form optimization recommendations
Conduct analysis and reporting on Peak Holiday time periods, site performance, etc
Establish relationships with cross-functional teams to enable best practice learnings and increased alignment across the division
Set and track OKRs on business performance for monthly and quarterly stakeholder review
Assist in the creation of new training and knowledge transfer materials
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant Google Analytics experience (Looker experience a plus)
5+ years of relevant work experience in project management, communicating to highly cross-functional stakeholders
Proven ability to work within a self-directed culture and navigate ambiguity as well as balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
Experience in systems thinking, e.g you take the time to understand the bigger picture and focus on changing outcomes and behaviors vs. implementing tools and processes for the sake of it
Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, with attention to detail
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to influence across a matrixed organization
Ability to facilitate actionable working sessions with cross-functional teams across all levels
Experience and passion for creating and scaling new systems and processes
Comfortable with ongoing technological and organizational change

Technical Competencies
Proficiency with Jira and other Atlassian products
Proficiency with Excel and creating data charts from tables and formulas
High fluency usage with Google Analytics, Looker and BI data management tools
Solid working knowledge in digital behavioral tools such as FullStory, ContentSquare, etc.
Solid understanding of data-driven decision making
Understanding of eCommerce, merchandising, browsing and demonstrated interest and experience in leading technology projects
Familiarity and passion for eCommerce trends and best practices
