Description:
The Business Analyst will assist in developing a robust business case that clearly articulates the value and feasibility of the proposed project, ultimately helping to secure approval and funding.
Job Duties:
They will also help to write the RFP after the business case is approved. They are responsible for ensuring that the proposed project aligns with the organization's strategic goals and provides a clear rationale for investment. Key responsibilities are:
Gathering and Documenting Requirements
Conducting Fit-Gap Analysis
Developing Cost-Benefit Analysis
Creating Functional Specifications
Supporting Decision-Making
Collaborating with Stakeholders
Experience writing RFPs and Business Cases would be a plus
Working in the BC Government technical environment is preferred but not mandatory
Basic Qualifications:
7 years' experience with Business Analysis
Previous experience documenting requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365
Min 4-year post-secondary program (BA/BSc) or 10 years' experience (with 2-year post-secondary diploma program)
