Business Analyst- Senior

The Business Process Analyst, in coordination with the Business Process Manager, will assist with the establishment of staffing & business process standards for a large engineering program and support execution of day-to-day program execution activities to include coordinating business rhythms, vendor meetings, cross team activities and program increment planning events. The Business Process Analyst will also support internal and on-site actions for Digiflight, Inc. employees and subcontractors to include onboarding, off-boarding, daily ad hoc requirements and security processing tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

a. Provides support in budget, billing, reporting, and financial management for IT initiatives

b. Provides expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts and in translating business process needs into technical requirements

c. Track and maintain schedules

d. Reinforce security procedures and policies

e. Verify facility accesses and incident reports

f. Submit and track account requests and status

g. Establish and maintain procedures, policies, standards of operation for program-wide business processes

h. Facilitate cross-team collaboration

i. Collect and analyze data in support of program, contract, and customer metrics and data calls

j. Lead general operations management in support of unclassified and classified environments

Basic Qualifications

a. Extensive experience with customer systems and databases

b. Extensive experience with SharePoint, Outlook, and MS Office Suite of tools

c. Extensive experience ability to thrive working independently as well as part of a team

d. Demonstrated ability to respond to quick-turn deadlines and multi-tasking requirements

Candidate must have a MA/MS degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience. This may be substituted with a BS/BA degree and a minimum of 20 years of total experience.
