Job Summary
Seeking for a Business Analytics Lead to take a senior role in leading system enhancements and modifications to the deposit insurance calculator. This individual will collaborate with business subject matter experts and technology partners to identify improvement areas in calculator logic and processes, develop detailed requirements and actionable plans, and oversee multiple testing phases to ensure successful deployment of updates and enhancements into production.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects concurrently to improve system functionality.
• Draft and communicate business requirements with precision and clarity.
• Utilize SQL extensively to query and analyze the calculator's database.
• Collaborate with developers and technology partners to support production and enhancement initiatives.
• Lead technical initiatives from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
• Transition from project-based responsibilities to business-as-usual (BAU) functions over time.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Extensive experience with SQL for querying databases.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Bank Regulatory Reporting, with Axiom knowledge as an advantage.
• Database expertise within the financial services industry.
• Understanding of banking products and bank balance sheets.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with financial services development processes and testing protocols.
