Product Manager Sr
The Product Manager Senior job manages a variety of investment initiatives related to development, product strategy, management, and advocacy. Under limited supervision, this job contributes to the product lifecycle and gains exposure across the product platform.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Drives competitive market research and hones product development skills that creates a competitive advantage.
  • Manages a pipeline of prospective investors and optimizes the investor experience through product platform enhancements.
  • Researches competitor strategies; develops product investment ideas and competitive selling points to attract clients.
  • Solicits client feedback to support identifying and implementing improvements to the product platform experience.
  • Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation, and team development.
Educational Requirements
  • No Advanced Degree Required Preferred
Work Experience
  • 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

Additional Job Description:
  • Establishes the Small Business banking deposit product strategy, pricing strategy and priorities necessary to meet or exceed the Bank's balance growth targets, customer growth targets, margin targets, and fee income targets for the small business client set.
  • Partners with Financial Center leadership team, Treasury Management leaders, and Commercial Deposit team to identify the right solutions for the customers with EverBank.
  • Drives collaboration across the bank, executes strategy, and delivers products and programs efficiently.
  • Champions client experience across all deposit programs (consumer and business) within EverBank with the front line associates.
  • Partners closely with Marketing, Sales, and Digital to implement small business client programs, promotions, and a testing roadmap to promote products and services that support the Bank's small business banking growth targets.
  • Research competitor strategies; develops product investment ideas and competitive selling points to attract clients.
  • Solicits client feedback to support identifying and implementing improvements to the product platform experience.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of banking experience
  • Business deposit product experience
  • Retail banking experience
