Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Development & Management: Identify, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of federal opportunities aligned with TSPi's core capabilities.
- Capture Strategy Execution: Drive full lifecycle capture efforts, including competitive analysis, teaming strategies, solution development, and proposal execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the listed Departments, industry partners, and small business collaborators.
- Market Intelligence & Positioning: Conduct research to identify emerging trends, policy changes, and funding priorities that impact TSPi's growth strategy.
- Proposal Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning proposals that align with agency mission needs and TSPi's strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in federal business development, capture management, or strategic growth roles.
- Demonstrated success in managing and fostering productive partnerships.
- Extensive knowledge of federal acquisition strategies and procurement processes.
- Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies within the listed Departments
- Strong network and relationships within the federal contracting community.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with GSA schedules, IDIQ contracts, and small business engagement strategies.
- Background in IT solutions, cybersecurity, cloud modernization, or geospatial technologies.
