Business Development Director will be responsible to drive growth in one or more Industry verticals and across one or more geographies in North America market. This role requires extensive sales and solution selling experience and excellent customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities:
Farm existing Client accounts in USA and Canada geography to grow IT IS revenue
Contribute in the acquisition of new logos within North America
Grow IT IS revenue by $50M per annum; TCV target of $100-$150M annually.
Complete ownership of strategizing, conceptualizing, planning and designing RFP/RFI responses for IT Infrastructure Services Products / Technologies
Collaborate with an internal team of solution architects, R&D, CoEs, delivery to ensure relevant solutions are developed for Client clients
Prepare the scope of service, do effort estimation, differentiators, articulate value additions, structure service level agreements, integrate the process maps for the proposals
Continuously build insights and best practices across deals
Provide thought leadership, solutions guidance and subject matter expertise
Supporting development and implementing sales strategy
Building and maintaining a network of public and private customer contacts and partners in the region
Drive increase in deal signing margins through consultative selling, single source deals and a coordinated sales strategy
Increase market share and also share of wallet of the account with the customer.
Orchestrate internal resources in sales and delivery to give the customer an enhanced experience across touch-points
Build a trusted group of reference-able customers who can vouch for Client.
Ensure a smooth hand-off of all new accounts to the account management teams.
Support the solutions teams with customer perspectives and competitive intelligence to develop new vertical and horizontal solutions.
Showcase Client' solutions as a strategic fit for the customer organization through workshops, boot camps and strategy meets.
Push for higher value/value added services and solutions to the customer in line with Client offerings.
Capture and create integrated opportunities with end-to-end solution delivery requirements.
Exemplify Client leadership in conferences, meets and seminars, by presenting thought leadership and connecting with key customers.

Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure including in IT Solutions / Bid Management / Pre-Sales support
History of collaborating closely and effectively with delivery, operations, and practice teams in building solutions
Demonstrable experience of managing IT outsourcing pursuing and successfully building solutions and providing pre sales support end to end deals
Global experience / mind-set
History of collaborating closely and effectively with delivery, operations, and practice teams in building solutions and competency building scenarios
Expertise in Cloud, Data centers, Storage, Hosting, tool technologies
Deep understanding of industry trends, concepts, opportunities, threats & constraints
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
