We are looking for a Business Development Executive for our Facility Operation Optimization service/product line.
Job Summary:
Reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing. This person will identify and drive new Sales opportunities, as well as Sales opportunities within with existing customer base, for Facility Operation Optimization software services/product.

Job Summary:
Reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing. This person will identify and drive new Sales opportunities, as well as Sales opportunities within with existing customer base, for Facility Operation Optimization software services/product.
Duties include:
- Identify new prospects within specific target/vertical markets.
- Manage all incoming opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentation(s) to customer.
- Participate in equipment information gathering with core team.
- Participate in site audits with core team.
- Upon completion of site audit, prepare and present proposal to customer.
- Follow-up regularly with customer upon completion
- Help the customer interpret "energy savings number."
