  • The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the industrial sludge management sector.
  • This role involves building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to address their sludge drying requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of wastewater treatment and sludge management processes.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and understand industry trends within the U.S. sludge drying market.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads, focusing on industries that produce hazardous sludge.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our sludge drying solutions.
  • Negotiation: Manage contract negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and operations teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular reports to senior management on progress and forecasts.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the wastewater treatment or industrial waste management sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sludge management processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
