Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $130,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance. What You Will Do
- Build Value Understanding
- Drive growth by expanding key accounts and deepening market insight into Panduit.
- Craft value propositions, leveraging technical expertise and managing proposal milestones.
- Analyze customer needs and pain points across diverse market segments.
- Capture market trends through voice of customer insights.
- Strategy Formulation
- Develop and execute plans to grow market share, support strategic accounts, and strengthen partner alliances.
- Gather data to refine segmentation strategies and identify product gaps.
- Advocate for solutions to address market needs and contribute to value proposition development.
- Design Customer Value
- Cultivate strategic relationships with key accounts for long-term business growth.
- Implement strategies to meet growth and profitability goals.
- Champion the value proposition and develop actionable implementation plans.
- Create market activation tools through compelling messaging and marketing efforts.
- Communication & Deliver Value
- Execute go-to-market plans and collaborate with marketing to design promotions.
- Support channel partners with tailored collateral, messaging, and direct engagement.
- Develop and optimize new channels.
- Enhance offerings by combining delivery, services, and products for unique value.
What You Will Bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, finance, or marketing. MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years in channel sales (electric wholesale, electronics, industrial)
- Sales Skills: Proven customer-facing experience, including cold calling and in-person presentations.
- Skills: CRM and PRM experience. Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset.
- Account Management: Track record of working with strategic accounts to identify and secure new business opportunities. Experience managing 5+ partners simultaneously, delivering new or repeat business.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 40%.
- Preferred experience with net new account development, new product development, marketing strategy, and product maps.
- Network infrastructure, industrial electrical infrastructure, or industrial b2b experience a plus.
- Preferred experience utilizing Zoom Info and LinkedIn.
