What you'll do.

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and play a critical role working with the team to close new enterprise deals, maintaining strong relationships with top clients, and ensuring our products align with their evolving needs.

Enterprise Sales & Executive Account Management:
Works with the enterprise team (coach and engineer) to develop strategic sales skills and to implement processes to ensure the acquisition of new enterprise clients by identifying and closing high-value deals within our key target markets.
Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with senior decision-makers across top enterprise accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction. Proactively facilitates annual strategic meetings to ensure client retention issues are addressed proactively.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
Ensure customer retention and account growth through exceptional service and value delivery.

Collaboration with Marketing:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop tailored campaigns, content, and messaging that resonate with enterprise prospects.
Share valuable insights about customer needs, pain points, and market trends to guide marketing strategies and business development efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration with Product Teams:
Partner with product owners to advocate for enterprise clients' needs, ensuring our product roadmap evolves to meet customer demands and market shifts.
Collect, prioritize, and relay customer feedback to product teams, playing a key role in the development of solutions that address enterprise challenges.
Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring that product and service offerings align with client expectations.

Strategic Insights & Solution Selling:
Leverage deep industry knowledge and a consultative sales approach to propose customized solutions that address the unique needs of enterprise customers.
Work directly with senior leadership at client organizations to align Jackrabbit's offerings with their business objectives and KPIs.

Work with Leadership and Marketing to set reasonable quarterly and annual goals.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
Accurately track sales activities, opportunities, and pipelines in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), providing regular updates and forecasts to leadership.
Monitor and report on the progress of key deals, identifying potential risks and proactively mitigating obstacles to ensure successful outcomes.

What you're about.
Proven experience in closing enterprise sales and managing large, complex deals, preferably within the industry
Strong track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with senior executives in large organizations.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to drive business outcomes.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Expertise in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple high-stakes projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
Experience in an industry or software relevant to Jackrabbit Technologies.
Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities within the enterprise sales cycle.
