Business Development Manager

Leverage your technical expertise and relationship-building skills to deliver innovative solutions as a preferred partner for wire harnesses and electrical assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through market research and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and Tier suppliers.
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to showcase value and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions that meet client needs.
- Track sales performance and refine strategies to meet objectives.
- Represent VEZA at industry events and trade shows.

- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven business development experience in target markets.
