$150K Base + Commission | California Bay Area

Join a Tier 1 Automotive Stamping Supplier serving top OEMs. We're seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow existing accounts and win new business in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What You'll Do:

• Build & maintain client relationships
• Identify and close new opportunities via referrals, prospecting, and lead generation for our Stamping and Assembly Operation.
• Bring new opportunities to the Plant
• Deliver market feedback to support product development
• Create and present proposals to expand customer accounts
• Track leads and performance, reporting weekly to management
• Stay informed on competitors and industry trends

• MUST HAVE: "Automotive Stamping and Assembly Experience.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in Business Development or Sales (Automotive preferred)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
