As we continue to grow, Amphenol Alden is seeking talented individuals to join our team. While the Business Development Manager position is currently based in Brockton, MA, we are excited to announce that we will be relocating to a more modern facility in Stoughton, MA in the next few months.
Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will drive new business growth in assigned markets and regions, establishing a strategic position in new segments while securing market leadership in our more established segments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Bring external expertise in product, technology, and market trends to our customers and internal teams.
- Utilize understanding of price, cost, and margin dynamics to gain market share from competitors.
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers and technology leaders at key and target accounts.
- Facilitate the inception and launch of new standard products and services.
- Business travel can vary (15-25% per quarter)
Skills/Qualifications Needed:
- Proven track record of success in creating new business in a sales or marketing role.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or Marketing/Business.
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales or marketing of electromechanical components or other technically oriented products.
- Familiarity with manufacturing methods and key business metrics.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel globally.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with contract review.
- Master's degree in business administration or related technology field (preferred).
- Marketing proficiency, including creating press releases or product brochures.
- Pricing/costing expertise.
