Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager works collaboratively with the Business Development team and with the firm's partners to maximize their relationships, brand, and business development potential to increase client interaction and winning new business. This role is responsible for developing and managing a system to track and execute on a broad range of client targeting efforts for the Business Units and Client Service Teams. The Business Development Manager works closely with the proposals team to develop client engagement materials; and the communications team and brand marketing/ events team to ensure the firm's marketing activity is aligned and integrated with client targets. This position directs the conversion of major opportunities which arise from origination activities in client team and business units. This role has the dual function of coaching and supporting attorneys in support of originating and converting client opportunities.
