Job Duties

• Client Development: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with Facilities Managers, and position our company as a trusted single-source provider
• Strategic Growth: Execute regional business development strategy, represent the company at industry events, and maintain sales forecasts using CRM tools
• Project Collaboration: Work with estimating, operations, and field teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and execution
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and identify opportunities for service expansion

Qualifications

• Proven B2B business development experience, preferably in industrial services, construction, or manufacturing
• Understanding of project-based work involving metal fabrication, installation, and general contracting
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Midwest
