Job Title: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

Overview:

The Business Development Relationship Officer (BDRO) will plan, organize, and execute marketing/sales, daily activities, generate leads and drive deposit/loan growth, support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices, and serve as advocate and information source for the company. BDRO will attend community events to market our service, and effectively communicate value to potential members/business partners to promote product usage. Responsible to keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and capitalize on new opportunities. The BDRO will be responsible for building and managing relationships, deposits, and loan portfolios.

What You Will Do:
  • Assumes responsibility for developing marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing product awareness and increasing sales and profits with assigned territories.
  • Plan, organize and execute daily activities to drive product growth.
  • Effectively and efficiently manage assigned territory to get growth results.
  • Engage in ongoing relationship management and seek new growth opportunities.
  • Gather and report customer intelligence to management.
  • Participate in approved events to promote new sales opportunities.
  • Submits scheduled reports of activity and expenses as required.
  • Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Premier America Team Members.
  • Stays informed of trends and changes in the financial field and attends seminars and professional conferences as necessary.


Requirements

What We Are Looking For:
  • A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of similar or related experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent supervisory and training abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to use a personal computer and related software applications including Microsoft Word or Excel
  • Solid math skills
  • Knowledge of credit union core deposit and lending products

Pay Grade Info :

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all our job postings regardless of State. We set standard pay ranges for all roles based on function and level of expertise, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base pay range for this position is: $90,000.00 annual plus commission
