We are looking for a dynamic and accomplished Business Development Manager to join the ACS team. This leadership role will focus on fostering close collaboration with account sales managers, refining ACS solutions to align with strategic account goals, and meeting customer-specific needs. You will also guide the Solution Integration and Pre-sales teams to deploy solutions that deliver value to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify market opportunities, set annual account targets, and develop forecast and penetration plans.
Provide active support to customers, sharing insights on ACS's Real-time Data Infrastructure and Data Analytics applications.
o Act as ACS's primary representative to customers and account teams
o Collaborate with the Global Account team (including sales, engineering, and service teams) to formulate sales strategies, create tailored business proposals, define value propositions, and develop pricing and execution plans.
o Regularly report on account-specific strategic planning, including business performance metrics such as orders, revenue, forecast, and budget. Participate in customer support and sales meetings.
o Collect customer feedback and work closely with Marketing, Solution Integration, and Pre-sales teams to address specific customer needs, including custom or non-standard product requirements.
Required Qualifications:
o Deep understanding and hands-on experience in semiconductor testing, the industrial ecosystem, and production workflows.
o Experience with semiconductor testers or ASIC product marketing and design is a plus.
o Proven track record in solution selling, negotiation, and customer support.
o Ability to identify customer pain points, validate sales leads, and articulate value propositions from a customer experience perspective.
o Highly proactive, with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with a "CAN DO" attitude and the ability to influence and coordinate across functions to achieve goals.
o Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
o Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Japanese, German, and/or Chinese is a plus.
o A bachelor's degree in engineering or business is preferred
