Business Impact Analyst/Risk Analyst

Position Summary: Business Impact Analyst/Risk Analyst with background/experience with technology and Business Continuity. This individual will work with Business Resiliency Management and other departments to develop and execute for 2025 BIAs for Groups/Departments around the Bank.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead in active development and execution of a high-level business impact analysis (BIA) of Bank Groups/Departments, with a focus on business operations, technology and third-party services and software dependencies.
• The BIA that is developed should be easily updated by the business areas annually (self-service going forward)
• This project will include an exercise in mapping technologies across the enterprise, with a focus on transaction flows.
• Develop project plan, templates, framework, etc., for project/effort.

• Effectively collaborate with business partners to facilitate discussions and gather feedback for the analyses/assessments.

• Execute final BIA and summary report, including analysis of potential areas of improvement.

• Other duties as required.
