What we're seeking:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Innovation Manager who focuses on improving business processes, implementing new technologies, and driving organizational change to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management and/or network engineering background, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of improving profitability through strategic planning and execution.
In this in-person role, you will be required to report to our Dallas, TX, location to complete your work responsibilities.

In this role, you will need a strategic mindset and project management focus to help improve processes and implement technologies, driving organizational change for our company.
What you'll do:
- Project Manage all aspects of strategic deals including planning, execution, closing, & monitoring results.
- Oversee BDT process handoff between Wholesale & engineering, serving as Wholesale SME.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance wholesale processes and achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Analyze and assess the profitability of logistics operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, develop detailed plans, and ensure timely delivery.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues promptly.
- Process & Technology Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes, integrating new technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Performance Reporting: Engage with stakeholders, provide regular updates, and report on performance metrics and outcomes.

- Salary Range: $64,000 - $189,000
- 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year

What background you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in developing executive-level presentations and managing complex projects, preferably within the telecom or technology sector.
- Exceptional project management skills, including multitasking, prioritization, and effective stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
