Position Summary Details
This position will develop the business intelligence cycle, collecting business requirements and translating into data requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain business intelligence reporting to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with business end users to discover reporting needs and develop solutions.
- Generate insight to enable stakeholders to see how the business and processes are performing.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of multiple business processes and directions.
- Manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
- Analyze data for anomalies, accuracy, and applicability to business unit requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in BI Development
- Knowledge of data analysis, information reporting, and reporting tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Technical skills to process large quantities of data in an error-free manner.
- Basic knowledge in SQL and/or Teradata.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-oriented environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, self-motivated, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking, with the ability to effectively prioritize assignments
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role does not have any direct reports and is a single contributor role.
Working Environment and Travel Requirements
- Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks.
- Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Mostly sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. No significant stooping is usually required.
