Qualifications
- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
Experience writing complex SQL queries
Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
BA degree

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
Experience in data mining, ETL, etc., and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets

Key job responsibilities
Supply Chain is looking for a self-driven Business Intelligence Engineer who can enable the team to automate equipment and labor ordering, tracking, and escalation processes for our retrofit programs.
You will be working with Senior Supply Chain Managers, Process Engineers, and Start-up Execution managers who are enabling equipment upgrades, understanding their needs on equipment and labor planning, ordering, tracking, and escalation and developing solutions that enable the.
You will understand their pain points in enabling on-time, low-cost equipment and develop tools, dashboards, and capabilities that will enable them.
The capabilities you build will enable this team to efficiently manage the design to deployment milestones, monitor the key vendor performance indicators (KPIs), and escalate and drive resources to support issues.
This person will also be a go-to for providing analytical support and automation within the ordering systems (e.g. Coupa). Your work will enable faster, more effective, and seamless delivery of safety, ergonomics, productivity, cost, and sustainability programs to the last and middle mile networks.

A day in the life
As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will work with stakeholders across supply chain managers, start-up execution managers and process engineers to understand their pain points in executing the equipment upgrade projects that they own.
You will draft the capabilities required to solve their pain points, align them to the objectives, and develop a timeline to deliver solutions.
