Your Role:
The Business Intelligence Manager will lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance business performance. This role involves overseeing the BI team, managing data analytics projects, and collaborating with various departments to ensure effective data utilization.
- Lead and manage the Business Intelligence team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making
- Oversee the design and implementation of BI solutions that provide actionable insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate with various departments to identify data needs and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports that accurately reflect business performance
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI initiatives
- Train and mentor team members on BI tools and techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and BI
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of managerial experience required
- Expertise in BI tools and technologies (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, Snowflake)
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication presentation skills
- Ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in data visualization and reporting techniques
- Strong project management capabilities
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills
