We are seeking an experienced and discreet Business Manager to oversee the financial affairs of high-net-worth individuals, including celebrities, entertainers, and other prominent clients. This role is ideal for a trusted financial professional who brings both technical expertise and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex financial portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations for high-profile clients
• Maintain detailed records and ensure full compliance with financial, legal, and tax requirements
• Oversee payroll, insurance, and benefit management for personal staff or corporate entities
• Prepare regular financial statements, performance summaries, and custom reports
• Support clients with long-term financial planning, including real estate, investments, and estate strategies
• Serve as the central point of contact for all client financial matters, delivering white-glove service and trusted advisory
• Maintain strict confidentiality and the highest standard of professionalism

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business management for high-net-worth or entertainment clients
• Deep understanding of multi-entity financial structures, royalty income, and industry-specific financial practices
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
• Established book of business with existing client relationships is preferred.
